Club Deer
Creek is an upscale public golf facility with a
country club atmosphere. Deer Creek offers a
challenge to golfers of all skill levels with an
emphasis on course conditioning, four-hour rounds,
and a high level of service. The Deer Creek dining
facilities provide a beautiful setting, great food,
and outstanding service.

is not necessary to play,

Arboretum
Established in 1995,
the arboretum features over 8 acres of native,
subtropical and tropical plants from five
continents. It's a nice place for a stroll, and if
you're feeling curious about the plants, you can

Deerfield Island
Park
Walk along the sandy
Coquina Trail (1/2 mile) and discover some of the
mysteries of the island. Peer into a gopher tortoise
burrow and learn to identify plants by look, smell
and touch. 2 hours, includes boat transportation.

Quiet Waters Park
Quiet Waters Park is a great place to trail ride for
all skill levels of mountain bikers. Falling is
expected at some point on most trails, but if you
are a novice and watch your speed, you should have
no problem managing the trail at Quiet Waters Park.

Railway Museum
Located in the
historic former Seaboard Air Line station building
in Deerfield Beach, it is our goal to preserve the
history of railroads in southern Florida, and
educate the public about the importance of railroads
in the region past and present. There is also an
active model railroad contingent within the
organization, with a 16'x18' HO layout in operation.
